I want to upgrade and increase the stars because Sunday Living gave me a replacement. That's really good customer service. However, I'm not yet sure how long-lasting the replacement will be. Just take a look! I will update again after using next month. I feel better knowing that the company stands behind their products. 4 stars for now Buy cheap, buy twice Pros: DesignRemote works great! Nice gesture. Consumes less power than others. (I'm solar powered, so that's important.) Cons Feels flimsy. plastic is cheap. I hit mine and the tank cracked. This was the second mission. Of course I could be more careful, but most devices can withstand a small drop or bump if made well. The area of the water passage is very small. They just don't get the same level of coolness as other larger filters. If you are in a very hot climate you will feel the difference. I bought it at a cheaper price and I regret it. (I've posted about the crack at Sunday Living but haven't heard from them, so I'm not sure about the service.)
