The coffee machine looks very simple! Ugly, but works well so far. It makes a very loud clumsy sound when you close the lid to make coffee. It has a very short cord. The rear water tank isn't my first choice (you have to pull it out to fill and can't see the level). It has a "bold" setting, but I can't tell the difference between a regular brew and pressing "bold" - it takes the same amount of time to brew a cup of coffee, so I'm not sure if it actually works. It only has one puncture on the pod so the water goes straight through, unlike the newer Keurig which (presumably) has three punctures for a fuller flavor. Probably the most annoying aspect is that it keeps dripping after brewing, requiring you to empty the drip tray frequently. I like that it's much faster than Keurig - running IP at the same time is much faster! Heats up quickly, but not as fast as Keurig. The fact that it brews espresso using Nespresso pods is the ONLY reason I'm considering keeping this coffee maker. To be honest I was disappointed with the size and looks, as well as how loud and chunky it is.
