After getting the new case and belt clip, I noticed the phone wasn't as snug as the previous ones, but I found it smoother because it was new. On January 6, 2018, as my wife and I got out of the car and entered the store, I heard my phone touch the payment. My guess is that when I got out of the car my movement got out and the coat pushed the phone out of the belt clip in my pocket (this shouldn't have happened). The fall broke the screen of my new phone (two weeks ago). I was annoyed, but put the phone back in the holster on my belt. When I was helping my wife put things on the counter to pay for, the phone fell out of its holder again! Luckily there was no further damage, but I certainly won't be using your bag or belt clip again. Now I need to fix my new phone. I blame the case you sold me for damaging my new phone. I took a closer look and it just doesn't fit as snugly as the previous one. Your product has a design flaw. I suspect this isn't the first complaint you've received in this case.
