Review on 🍝 GOURMEX Stainless Steel Manual Pasta Maker Machine: Adjustable Thickness Settings for Professional Homemade Spaghetti and Fettuccini by Emily Wilson

I've just used a pasta machine and am new to pasta making. The manufacturer's case design looks solid and heavy. The biggest issue we had was attaching the clip to the case. There is quite a size difference between the hole in the block and the collar diameter. Lots of leeway! I'm not sure if the car was missing a part, but the clip is almost unusable. The second problem is the grip, which is also unreliable. So if you hit the handle at all, it falls out. I'm sure you can get this for less than $40 and it's probably ok how often we'll be making pasta. If we start doing this more often, I'll probably spend the extra money and find a sturdier device.
