I like this product because it comes with different sizes of headphones, the case has a great design and most importantly because I can wear it to bed it doesn't hurt my ears how I turn my head when watching TV or listening to an audio book/music and find myself falling asleep. (Yes, the volume is set to low). Bad thing? Well I guess because I use this item so much I must have bent one of the wires to short it out and I can't hear it. Perhaps the chords that break away from the main chord could be thick enough that it would last longer for those like me who primarily use it for insomnia. However, these are the best headphones I've ever bought. During the day when I'm working on my music, I use headphones.
