No need to size up on my review.
I ordered L and is too loose around my waist which is 30", M would fit just right.
I will keep it though and wear it below my waist which is going to make it even longer (is 32") but I'm 5'9" so it works just great. Pretty and elegant skirt.
- It is exactly as described. Nothing more and nothing less
- I ordered a small and the skirt was way too long.
