I used this bag in early 2015. As of October 2018 it works well as an advanced first aid bag with moderate use. Some minor issues with stretch webbing fibers pulling out, minor issues with the black inner liner tearing at the flaps, but that's not an issue, that's to be expected. You insert the most basic trauma and stabilization items, all of which should fit snugly. At $25, this is not the level of an EMS bag. You'll need a much larger pocket for C-collars, BVMs, and basic respiratory and medication items. For a car and a large home set, that's great.
