I like how easy it was to set up my website with them! The support team really helped me get everything setup correctly for our business needs (website & email). There's not much we don't love about this service provider so far - great customer experience from start of inquiry all through project completion/upgrade as well! Nothing in particular at present but would be interested if they added more features such as SSL certs or other security options available via third party providers once their platform matures further. Easy management interface which allows us access 24x7 without having any technical expertise required.
