Kalyss, an Unsatisfying Online Beauty Shop

I was eager to give Kalyss.com a shot because I appreciate experimenting with new cosmetics. I was hoping to be impressed by their website and offerings, but alas, I was wrong. Kalyss claims to help people feel and appear their best by bringing out their natural beauty, but I was disappointed by the results I got from using their products. While they have a wide variety of hues and styles, the quality of the hair extensions and wigs they sell is poor. The hair extensions I bought were difficult to shape because they felt synthetic and were inexpensive. My wig also didn't appear natural and fit properly, despite my careful attention to the sizing instructions. I also had trouble with Kalyss's customer support. I contacted them with my issues, but it took several days before I heard back from them. And the one time I did hear back, it was useless and condescending. Those in search of superior cosmetics should seek elsewhere than the Kalyss online shop. Their goods are subpar, and so is their support for unhappy customers. Don't set yourself up for failure; instead, satisfy your cosmetics requirements elsewhere.
