These tweezers in this product don't grab the hair well enough. The result is severe pain and very little hair is removed. Also, the hair gets caught under the rotating drums of the tweezers and there is no way to get at it. Given the "No Return" policy, the device is a waste of money. Buyers beware, do business elsewhere. I usually ignore a few downright bad reviews because there will always be people who don't like the product as much as they paid for it. This policy bit my ass this time, you don't have to repeat the same mistake.
