Really reduces glare and brightness, that's why I bought it. Don't get me wrong, sleeping at night and not looking at a computer screen for more than 12 hours can help more. but this screen really helps. It also works quite well as a privacy screen. Of course, this doesn't prevent seeing the screen or if someone is above//behind you, but I guess that's to be expected. Although it works great. Oh, and pps, I almost forgot; The original box came without the little tabs you use to align the screen when it's notched, although the box was sealed clean and clear. I informed them, I think I emailed them and they took care of it straight away, I received a free replacement for the small tab pack like next day. It was great and for this reason I will continue to buy any screen protectors I need from this company in the future. I'm one of those people who appreciate good customer service.
