This was the perfect product to improve the quality of my videos and take my professionalism to the next level! As an amateur videographer, I don't need a trademark or a light with ALL the bells and whistles. and whistles (but a few will do 😉), so finding a quality flashlight at this price point was a turning point for me. Preparing for interviews and choosing a location based on the available coverage was inconsistent, stressful and, frankly, didn't always work. As the sun moved through the window and changed throughout the day, it was a difficult task for me not only to tell a great story with what the subject said, but also to carefully edit the visual image so it didn't was annoying. viewers, or make it clear that two consecutively spoken sentences in the video were actually filmed hours apart. In the privacy of my own home, I used table lamps as the light source, which didn't necessarily reflect the level of professionalism I was trying to achieve! Now that I have this light I have a lot more control over the space I use than depending on the whim of a room with a good window. I also noticed that my conversation partners feel much more secure and relaxed with this light due to the increased professionalism! They know I'm going to make them look good, and right now the stress of shuffling around and worrying about the sunset doesn't exist. It was a great win in every way! The flashlight itself is lightweight, easy to carry in a carrying case, yet powerful! 1% brightness already helps a lot, but when you increase it to 100%. IMPRESSIVE! Get out your sunglasses! I think my favorite feature in the lantern is that you can save your percentage settings for quick access. In the video I've included, you can see that in the "E" setting, I set the brightness to 93%. When I went back to settings and chose "E" it was right where I left it at 93%. Purchasing this flashlight was definitely a big step for me, but it was worth every penny!
