Bad lids, coffee leaks, secondary holes = bad experience (UPDATED)

/Users/user/Desktop/bad_cups.JPG In the photo below you can see the problem I had this morning. I had coffee that spilled all over the MINI Cooper holder from a cup. The lid didn't work causing the coffee to spill down the side of the cup causing the bottom (also shown in the photo) to spill even more. The hole appeared when I took the cup out of the holder and a stream of coffee flowed into my machine. (Boo) I have proof of that. They cost more but they work for the money, Dixie coffee mugs with lids. Your lids don't fit. Coffee stays where it belongs. I had to pour my coffee into dixie coffee as it fell apart. In short, there's nothing fancy about these "Snapcups". (Boo)******************** UPDATE ****************** I received a gift from the manufacturer this product with an apology for a defect. This action was taken without my request or suggestion. I have never seen a seller do everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction by openly acknowledging their shortcomings, ie including improvements made to correct a problem. As consumers, we often hear empty words about the products we buy, and when something goes wrong we are never satisfied, albeit with great effort. I am pleased to report that this is not one of those cases. Snapcups calls the shots. I will try these mugs again and report back later. (I am attaching 3 photos of a surprise gift in the mail.)
