The continuous autofocus works well and my 24-105L works better with my a7riii than it does with this adapter.

I've been using this for a few weeks now and haven't noticed any problems. It works exactly as I expected. When using an EF-S lens, image size matches the smaller framing sensor for images, but this seems controllable in video. Continuous autofocus works well and my 24-105L works better with my a7riii than my T3i with this adapter. One downside is that you don't get continuous autofocus when shooting videos.
