This bypass worked great when I connected it to an Alpine iLX-207 aftermarket receiver that I recently installed in my 2006 Toyota Matrix XRS. The car does not have a cable connecting the parking brake to the AV receiver. My Alpine receiver is set by default to say "Settings are unavailable due to vehicle movement" unless connected to the vehicle's bypass or parking brake sensor wire. This bypass is pre-configured to bypass each parking brake and rear camera input; Simply connect the appropriate bypass wires to the same wires on your AV receiver or wiring harness (including power and ground wires) and you're good to go.
