Ordered from this seller after the one with glass cracked (as a result of dad on my baby hands) and the urn itself seems to be working fine. I remind her to take it off before showering, so not sure if it's waterproof. We just don't want to risk another heartbreaking catastrophe, my father is lost enough as it is. But it's a good weight and looks sturdy, as does the chain. I'm so glad I saved the last chain from the broken one because this chain only lasted about a week. The rescued is still holding on, but maybe not for much longer, we don't know exactly. We liked the design of their urns and bought them. Invite more money and release a better product for our loved ones screaming loud! I would happily pay more, it's a big problem and these people don't seem to care.
