I love this cold pack. I work in construction and sometimes we have to walk a bit to get to work. Some of the other coolers were great, but I found it much easier to slip on a backpack than carry or sling a strap over my shoulder. So far so good, no leaks. There is plenty of room for your ice pack and for your food. There is also an upper area to store things like fruit if you don't want it cold and other small snacks. There's even a couple of other pockets that I put anything I might need in like Advil gum, toothpicks, tissues etc. I would recommend it to anyone, it's a great value for a great cooler. You will not be disappointed
