Review on 🌡️ MYPIN TA4-SNR+K Dual Thermocouple Temperature Controller with PID and Digital Display, Dual Type-K Thermocouple by Joseph Hall

Bought for a powder coating oven I built. I think it might work fine except for the fact that they can't tag them properly. I bought the controller to be used with a solid state relay, but after playing around with it for a month and noticing that there is no voltage at the output of the solid state relay, I have to assume that either this is defective or the version for intended for use with a mechanical relay. I've read elsewhere that these Chinese devices are simply mislabeled on the device and packaging. I don't understand how a manufacturer can be so lazy that they can't make sure it's right, but it gets me thinking about other aspects where quality control is more important. As for the seller's support, they answered me, but it was a question - wait two days and you will get half an answer. A little problem with the language barrier. But they tried to help and finally told me how to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, if they read them my initial description of the problem again, they would quickly see that I had already diagnosed the problem using the same method and the device was not working. Anyway, I'm not sending it back for a replacement like they suggest, the $26 I spent on it just isn't worth the extra shipping cost. It would be nice to get the money back. Before they finally told me what was going on, I had already ordered an American Auber setup which I had installed and was up and running in 5 minutes. In summary, I think these things are good and can work just as well as any other, but your chances of getting what you paid for are very slim with a company that ultimately doesn't care because they've already got your money Has . In the future I'll buy an American only twice as expensive. It's worth my time.
