I like that you can see everything in one place instead of having to open up multiple programs when tracking shipments/etc., it makes things easier! It takes some time getting used too but once there isn’t much learning curve involved as long as your tech savvy then this should work great!! There aren’t any cons really at all just make sure if shipping internationally & using different countries rates than UPC codes will be confusing sometimes so maybe try searching online before starting out? Tracking shipment information has never been easy until now.
Everything was always scattered throughout emails etc.. Now we have 1 program where everyone who works together knows what needs done next without confusion :) Shipping info from customers into our system - no more emailing back n forth between us trying figure stuffsout haha ;).

- Easeof use (not hard)
- Great customer service team, very helpful people.
- Good software package compared other options available today or even those previously offered by companies suchas UPS& FedEx better quality product
- Great help guidebook provided which is good because most don't know howto operate them properly unless they've had experience already
- Almost everything is ok
