Well, 15 out of 16 isn't bad, is it? 93% is still an A so maybe 2 stars is difficult so 3 stars is 4U. Just thought I was paying for 16 and not 15 of these. One arrived completely dry and looks like it was packaged that way because the side where the drying paint is (which makes it full) was showing. It wasn't until we took it out of the box that we realized it was dry. The rest was fine. The pink made me throw it out because it was dry around the thread, which usually only happens after use, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Overall good colors and such. Arrived quite late but they made me aware of this and had the option to cancel. I was just expecting it to arrive late because they make new ones or something instead of trying to pick up the old ones and send dry paint to us. It is possible to cancel the order if you are not ready to ensure the quality. If I condone the delay, that doesn't mean I condone the quality degradation. I'm just saying.
