The packaging, the product and the installation instructions are fantastic. Two recommendations 1 - Don't install it too high on the wall. I set mine very high to give it plenty of ground clearance and it is very difficult to lift and hook the wheel at the same time at the height I set. I hang carbon fiber bikes so even aluminum or steel are SUPER heavy2. You must rotate the hook to a more open position for the wheel to engage. If you hang your bikes 16 inches apart (2x4 lug width) they will collide with each other. No damage or anything, it just makes it harder for you to maneuver, especially if you're a dumbass and set the rotating hooks TOO high. up the wall (see #1) But both of these problems are increasing. The product itself is rock solid and worth the money!
