Confound! - Puffs

This picture is misleading! I DID NOT realize it was just a blank cover - no insert! Ridiculous - what the heck am I supposed to do with an empty ottoman lid? Several people have written that they filled it with empty sheets and towels - but what does it look like? Is it smooth or voluminous? On a positive note the cover is actually nicely done but I think they should have taken a bit more and sold the finished product.
