We bought this because the 'tubular' look matched the other fixtures in our bathroom. I waited a bit to write this review to make sure we didn't have the issues that other reviewers have mentioned. I should mention that our entire bathroom was renovated and the installation hardware was lost, so we're using hardware from a local store. It never comes off, but I can't tell if that's a hardware difference. Also works fine. The toilet paper stays in place and we've never had a roll spin where all the paper on the floor freely emptied with the slightest tug (we've had this problem with other hand holders). Overall a great product.
