Exactly what I needed!

I have osteochondrosis and if I sit at the table for too long my back hurts a lot. The extra lumbar support seems to help which is why I bought this pillow. This is perfect for what I need. I was impressed by how soft the outer cover is and love how easily it can be removed for washing. The pillow size was perfect. I keep it at my desk and it fits perfectly over the back of my office chair for lower back support when I need it. I have found that the firmness of the memory foam suits me. It gave me the relief I needed while sitting at my desk.
