This monitor suits me. On a PC with a modern graphics card, 240Hz is automatically detected and selected and the picture is fantastic. On a non-M1 MacBook Pro (2016 and 2019 models tried), using an HDMI cable with an HDMI-to-USBC adapter is horrible (60Hz max, weak). Using a high-speed HDMI/USB-C cable (one on each end) or the same DisplayPort/USBC cable will produce amazing results (but not without significant changes to your monitor settings). I'm not sure why this monitor has such terrible Mac numbers by default. Finally, to get nVidia G-Sync working, don't make my mistake and enable "Overclock". This disables "Adaptive-Sync" which disables G-Sync. I couldn't figure out why the Configure G-Sync item disappeared from the NVidia Control Panel. A few hours later, after a factory reset, G-Sync came back to life.
