Does not stick to windows

The product does not meet my needs. I bought this to close the windows on either side of my door so my dogs don't see/bark at the delivery people. I followed the directions of trimming, window cleaning and spraying before putting it on the window. It lasts several hours, but in the morning it is already on the ground. I had to use tape to hold it. I could do the same with colored paper and save my money. From the way the instructions are written on the packaging, I had a feeling they knew this product didn't work.
