Original The device was well packed. Connectors feel solid. The wiring is elastic, not a cheap feel. The instructions call for a minimum wire size of 16 gauge. I used a 14 gauge and it was too big (used bare) to fit in the sockets. You should probably use a spade terminal to make things easier, or just use at least 16 gauge wire.
