Arrived in 2 days, works great so far. I've literally only been playing with this for about an hour, but I'm wondering why I waited so long. I've been using the Raspberry Pi for a few projects for a long time, but recently I've wanted to see what Arduino has to offer. I downloaded the developer tool from the official website, plugged my new Arduino Mega 2560 into a USB port and within a minute I was already loaded with the Sketch code examples. I've since got the sound player and servo working. Although I really wanted one of the kits with all the extras, to be honest I have a lot of parts here. The only thing I bought extra is a 4 line LCD. I need to connect it to test. // My only advice to anyone working with these types of fragile components (especially in dry winter weather): make sure you discharge yourself electrostatically by touching something grounded before touching circuit boards.
