Great system - easy to learn & get started with it right away.

The ability for my team members across multiple offices around Canada as well at home base is great! I love being able use it from anywhere via mobile device or computer without having access issues when working remotely during COVID times!! It's easy enough so anyone can learn this system quickly & efficiently which makes us more efficient overall.  Nothing really - just keep up w/the updates because they are always adding new features but not too many changes once you get used ot everything within each module / page etc..

Very user friendly interface design ! :) Also has lotsa options available upon request by customer representatives who make themselves readily accessible should any problems arise while using our service(s)
