Review on SmartPush by John Hall

The ability of having multiple channels (mobile apps, SMS, email) in one platform has been an excellent way to engage customers and drive sales. We've had some challenges with the integration between our platforms but we're working through those now! Customer support could be better - they don't always answer emails quickly enough or respond to tickets very promptly. It's great that there are so many integrations available from this software, which allows us to have different types of communication strategies all under one roof. We send out periodic reminders about upcoming events and promotions via text messages as well as app notifications when someone opens their app. This has helped tremendously because people tend not to check social media sites like Facebook as often anymore and therefore miss important promotional announcements.
