I like the quality of the weighted blanket and thought the same brand would make an equally good duvet cover. Not as much. Cons: 1) Very light weight fabric compared to what is used in a blanket. This is a problem as only 8 ribbons are sewn into a 15-20 lb duvet. I have a bad feeling it won't be long before at least one tiebreak breaks in one form or another. Gaps in other areas are not surprising either. 2) The fabric has a smooth/plastic feel and does not feel like 100% cotton. I sew a lot and it looks like a blended fabric rather than pure cotton. 3) Oversized for a duvet and looks awful. Pro 1) maybe because it's too big, but the ties worked. The only reason I'm not getting another case is because I have no idea if another brand will work and I don't have time to make my own right now.
