Review on Walker Edison Declan Industrial Accent Furniture and Accent Furniture by Jerry Crist

It has been a week since I received this piece of furniture, that I feel it is taking a long time to get a response from the manufacturer (or lack of response) The kit was missing a little less than half of the screws needed to assemble both tables The unit came in a sealed plastic bag , no rips or anything no second pocket except 3 "spare bolts" Revain directed me to Walker Edison's website where I filled out a form, received confirmation that my request for extra bolts had been submitted, and es. 8 days with no reply. Luckily (and unfortunately) I ordered several of the same pieces from the same line of furniture. I ended up having a few extra screws to hold the tables together but some of the Screws are still missing. (the TV stand was also missing a different size screw, ugh). Overall a nice table. The wash gray is a bit more of a brown/woody color than I expected. Maybe I'll update if I ever get a response from the manufacturer. Update: Customer support responded the day after this review was posted. They stated the parts were in stock and offered a full replacement. So. Support has not answered for a long time, but the problem has been solved!
