I like that it is easy to use because you can connect from virtually anywhere in world with an internet connection (I would say at least 2MB). It works offline too so if your network isn't able to access other sites it will just work fine for you even without being online. You don’t have any control over security settings which makes me feel uncomfortable sometimes but overall it's nice having my computer not showing up as local when using VPN services like this one. Also there are some applications we need that only support windows OS so its best to try out first before deciding whether or not it fits into ones needs. There was no actual benefit except keeping personal info safe while connected remotely. But since we're working with sensitive data I didn't want anything else leaking our identities either and that's exactly what vpn does by providing another layer between us and anyone who might be.
