First of all I would like to say that the device is great and works as advertised. However, the device itself is heavy and can tip over. When mine did, it landed on the gauge and broke it. Simple parts replacement, right? nope 3 weeks after the company provided the same information (picture of part, name of problem, email, address; had to do this 3 times) they just managed to get my name right when speaking to me, and now they want me to send the entire unit in for service even though my original tech support request was to replace the pressure gauge. I'm not interested in paying $40 round trip shipping for a $5 piece. All in all, my advice is if you never plan on stalling or damaging your kegerator. 5 Stars. IF you manage to experience pleasure while drinking from it. Well I don't think this company will be worth your time.
