Not "flat " for dishes

If you want to cook eggs or other slightly runny food, then this is not for you. in the middle if you like - the scrambled eggs just roll into the side tab. Maybe it was just mine, but it's definitely not flat. Disappointed with it. The heat is well distributed over the elements and the grill creates great grill lines. When you receive it, I suggest cleaning it with dishwashing detergent to remove production residues, dry well and season with oil, throw in the oven. @ 400-450 and be prepared for smoke. After 15 minutes of heating, turn off the oven and allow to cool. Take it out, wipe it down and smear it with some oil every time you use it and you're done. I probably would have chosen the Lodge if I hadn't had a Viking stove. - I went for the name.
