I bought this webcam because my laptop's built-in camera is on a hinge where it flips up, making it difficult to tilt the camera properly . I'm either all the way down/off screen or my screen is tilted down and is difficult to use. I was surprised at how small this camera is, so I can easily take it with me when it's back to work. The best part is that it was really easy to set up. All I had to do was plug it in and select it as a camera in my WebEx application. I don't know much about the features but the microphone, camera and privacy screen are all I need and the picture is way better than my built in camera. I recommend.
