This wireless charger works great and I prefer it to the vented charger I've used before. Be sure to follow the assembly instructions, it is important to clean the surface and allow the glue to cure for a few days when using a fixing disc under the suction arm. I carefully cleaned the dashboard where I wanted to mount the suction arm. . I have a flat dash so I didn't have to glue the included disc to install, the suction cup worked great on its own. It's been working reliably for a few days now, fast charging my iPhone 11 "Fast Charge" when the charge level is below 50%. I didn't use a vent mount, but it has a little "tooth" on the end to keep it from slipping off the duct. Some others I've used in the past didn't have teeth and often slipped off. The power adapter has 2 USB ports so you can slowly charge another device while using the wireless charger. Overall this is a good product at a reasonable price.
