I like that they are very responsive when it comes time for support questions! They have helped us with our email campaigns as well which is great because sometimes those can be tricky depending upon what platform/email client people use (Outlook vs Gmail). It's hard trying out new platforms since their pricing model seems pretty steep at first glance but if there was more flexibility then maybe this wouldn't seem so bad? We've been using them primarily just from setting up emails through Mailchimp though also sending newsletters via AWeber too - haven't really used any other services aside form Google Apps yet :P But overall all has gone smoothly thus far!!
