I have another bucket with a grate built in to keep the grate in place. brush or mop that you put inside. This may not bother some people, but I like to rub my car wash towels on the grid to give them a really good cleaning between rinses. This thing just spins and it's very difficult to use the grate to actively remove particles from anything. In retrospect I should have bought a different bucket with a built in grate.
