Fits great, elastic is a bit tight.
These shorts are very comfortable. They fit well, I have 8-10 with a good back and I bought a large one. My only issue and why I deducted a star is that the waistband is ridiculously stiff. It's not heavy enough to be uncomfortable, it just makes landing weird. On the other hand, the elastic band is equal to the width of the belt, so it doesn't pucker. I like their length, they don't hit my hips and my buttocks don't show when I bend over or lift my legs.
