Review on Cuisinart 419 18P Contour Stainless Saucepan by Jazz Rajasingam

I chose this cookware to replace my Calphalon nonstick pan after the surface cracked and started to peel off the pan. I've looked at many options and thought this would be a good replacement with reviews and a guarantee, but I don't have as much experience as others. After a little over a week, oxidation spots appeared on my frying pan. I use it regularly to boil salted pasta water, reheat soup, then rinse and put in the dishwasher. When the oxidation started to show I tried to remove it with SOS tips (steel wool scrapers) but it wouldn't budge. I went to their website and sent a support request but nobody answered (yes I checked my spam). I don't like trouble and I value my time. So here is my review of their product and service because you don't have to follow them to do the right thing. I've had this pot for almost a month now.
