Update: Still works great! In good hands at the family festival in the fresh air in the August heat! Took the whole party. Again, my only downside would be a better color choice for long clothes so it doesn't stand out as much, but like I said, I like mint green. My daughter loves wearing it too. She 8. I can't take the heat! I also have Rozeka so I can't overheat. I'm about to have a large family and I needed something to keep my face cool while chatting for hours outside in the heat! This item arrived quickly and I charged it immediately. I've worked with children so I can't say how long it took. I noticed that there was a little indicator light that said "Hey, I'm loaded!". I hung it around my neck and fiddled with it and setting one was a nice cool breeze, setting two was actually quite strong and setting three was like being in a car with the air conditioning blowing at full blast! I chose setting 2 while doing things that overheated me. I also took it outside while filling up gas to test it outside in the heat. It kept my face cool while cooking all over! He does what he intends to do! adjustable, can be hung around the neck so it's hands-free, there are 3 settings that shocked me really well and I can charge it! I didn't want battery operation. I haven't charged it yet, but I haven't tested it for many hours according to the settings it sets. Testing next Saturday! I will update if this worked for me. so far everything seems to be ok! My only complaint would be the color choice. I love the beautiful mint green but it sticks out like a sore thumb and made me look like a tourist at my own gas station! hahaha
