Bought a pair of these for my boyfriend to use on vacation. First, the phone doesn't work if it has any type of case, so it needs to be named. This does not mean protection against drops and bumps. Second, glare makes it difficult to see the screen clearly. You have to protect your hand and turn in the right direction to see the screen. Third, it doesn't respond to touch underwater! So no photo! You have to put it on the plate and then set it, and remove the screen from the plate LATER after taking the phone out of the case. After all, we both have salt water in our pockets. Luckily my phone was fine but my friend was broken! As a result he lost his phone and all the amazing footage we were able to take while swimming in the bay with the whale sharks because it couldn't be uploaded to the cloud from our location. He really needed to buy a new phone! This little device ended up costing him around $1,800! Terrible device. Do not buy!
