The throttle body physically fits into the intake port, but there are two main differences between it and the Honda OEM throttle body. First, the throttle body diameter is smaller than the OEM, so the throttle pedal was more responsive to inputs and felt sticky rather than smooth. Second, the TPS sensor was not factory calibrated to 0.49V at full throttle. This device caused a CEL shortly after installation due to the TPS voltage being too low.
