Review on TYR Womens Fusion Short Inch Sports & Fitness by James Lighting

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Super thin and tall; Maybe a good competition suit for beginners, but better options for experienced swimmers

One size smaller than you think. You will of course downsize the tracksuit, but then put on another. I looked at the TYR size chart on their website and got a 32 thinking it might fit my measurements exactly. I'm training when I'm 32 or 34 and I figured that would be enough. NO. As I waited until the last minute to buy it before the competition I ended up going to the local swim shop and found the same suit in the shop and I needed 28. Even then I didn't get the suit because they had The Presence was the arena I liked more. The main reason is that this suit is thin, thin, thin. There is no lining at all, not even on the chest (which can be a problem for women). So there was very little actual compression in the fabric and you could see EVERYTHING underneath the suit. Also, it seemed to stretch easily. I think there are better suits in the same price range as the Arena I bought, but this one might suit a newcomer to competition who doesn't need a tighter competition suit. Another thing that speaks in favor of this suit is the flattering dark color and arrow design that makes you look long and lean.
