When I bought a new shredder after having blown away several times over the past few years, the new machine came with a pack of grease wraps. I was surprised to see them and it seemed that while using them made sense, it wouldn't have much of an impact. Boy was I wrong! Using grease sheets (one after every shredding session of about 100 sheets) has kept my shredder running for five years without needing to be replaced.
