Great product. Works well and the deco looks really cool. Good to know: The hand crank is mainly used for show. It spins and makes a faint noise, but nothing significant. Installation is pretty easy if you're installing on a stud. There is a screw slot (included) on the back of the device. It didn't work for me, so I took the screw to Home Depot and got $1.69 for a box of metal wall anchors. It's really easy to install wall anchors. Just find the center where the screw/anchor best attaches the phone to the wall. Drill a hole, insert a metal dowel, tap it in lightly, and then screw it all the way in so that the dowel is secured to the drywall. Slightly loosen the screw so that the phone can be hung on the wall. Another thing that has worked well for me is that I bought velcro. This phone slides from left to right if you just use the screw to install. Place the Velcro on the bottom corners of the phone and attach to the wall. It's very easy to make and the phone fits perfectly!
