The company was quick to respond and promptly refunded and/or sent a different size when I contacted them. (That's part of what improved the rankings.) I have 5-year-old Tommys from a life that included gardening and who are in better shape; One pair had bleach stains and one had cat claws, so I was looking for a "good" pair to work with.
