Review on Enhanced Search-Optimized Plantronics HL10 Handset Lifter by Randy Brimmer

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good standard lift

The HL10 is a VERY standard lift - I think most of the lifts you will find in any office are this model. It is attached to the phone with 3 pieces of double-sided tape. I suggest setting the lift a little higher on the phone (closer to the "ear" side of the listener). This gives the lifter a bit more leverage and helps with falls - the lifter literally gives up and hangs on the caller - this happens as the lifter gets older. TROUBLESHOOTING: The included microphone is (usually) mounted in the center of the lift. to detect a ringing phone so the headset will beep to notify you of an incoming call. If your headset doesn't beep, it's usually because your phone's ringer volume is too low or you've changed the default ringtone that the lift doesn't recognize as a real ringtone.
