Ease meets affordability

I cost compared many different stores and brands, and found that this detergent was the better cost/quality ratio, but only with the subscribe and save, savings.I know I can find liquid for cheaper, but I wanted the pods so my husband and teenage son had no excuse to do their laundry. Just pop in 2 pods before the clothes and they are ready to go. So I love how easy they are to use, and that they are automatically delivered to us. The container is a thick plastic, but I reuse them (for Legos, nuts/bolts, ect).My husband has sensitive skin, and I use to buy the All clean and clear, but it was expensive. So I tried this and he hasn’t had any reactions to it. I can’t really smell the scent, but my husband can. He says it’s not overpowering and doesn’t give him a headache like some of the other laundry products I have bought in the past. I wish it was a little stronger, but that’s just my personal preference.Overall, it’s a good savings, easy to use, and good for my husband’s sensitive skin. The only negatives I have, is the sustainability of the heavy plastic container, and I have noticed a couple of times that the "plastic” or whatever the pod is made of, didn’t fully dissolve. So I found 2 small pieces of it when transferring the clothes to the dryer. I’ve never had any "melted plastic” on our clothes and finding the pieces didn’t hurt anything, but it’s just something I thought I should notate.I will definitely continue to use it.

Pros
  • The Amazon Basics Laundry Detergent Pacs are an excellent choice for those with sensitive skin as they are completely hypoallergenic and free of perfumes and dyes
Cons
  • May not be effective in removing stains caused by body oils
